DIY Herb-Infused Olive Oil to Bring Your Garden Flavors Indoors 🌿🫒

If you have an abundance of fresh herbs, why not make some herb-infused olive oil? It’s a simple and delicious way to add a punch of flavor to salads, pasta, or roasted veggies. And the best part? It’s as easy as gathering some herbs and waiting a bit.

What You’ll Need:

A small bunch of fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or basil work best)

500ml good-quality olive oil

A clean glass bottle with a tight seal

Instructions:

Wash and thoroughly dry your herbs. It’s important they’re completely dry to avoid introducing moisture to the oil.

Lightly bruise the herbs with your hands or the back of a spoon to release their flavors.

Add the herbs to the clean glass bottle and pour in the olive oil until the herbs are fully submerged.

Seal the bottle and let it sit in a cool, dark place for about 1-2 weeks to infuse.

Use the oil to drizzle over salads, roasted veggies, or fresh bread.

💡 Pro Tip: Add dried chili peppers or garlic for an extra kick!

This herb-infused oil keeps your garden’s flavors fresh and ready to use in any dish. For more garden-to-kitchen ideas, check out our other recipes!
